The Sanibest is a system that is used to install a complete bathroom up to 18 feet below the sewer line, or even up to 150 feet away from a soil stack. The macerating pump is connected to the spigot of a horizonta1 outlet toilet. The toilet tank is connected to the water supply. The macerating/pump is connected to the small diameter discharge pipe work. The macerating/pump is connected to the electrical supply. The inside of the Sanibest comprises of a pressure chamber, which starts and stops the ujit, and the motor, which drives the cutter and the pump. When the flush is activated, the water flowing into the Sanibest activates a microswitch in the pressure chamber, which in turn starts the motor. The motor is sealed for life in an oil filled enclosure. A common spindle drives the impeller and the macerator blades. The moving parts therefore are kept to an absolute minimum. Water and organic waste matter, enter the chamber and are reduced to slurry as the macerator blades rotate at 3600 RPM. The reduced solids are picke dup at the bottom and the impeller mounted beneath the motor ejects the waste. The pump operates at 10 PSI and pumps the effluen upward to 12 feet and/ro 150 feet horizontally (with gravity fall). Once the water is discharged and the water level in the cpntainer goes down, the microswi5ch deactivates the unit until the flush is activated again. A normal operating cycle for Sanibest takes about 15 - 18 secpnds depending upon the discharge pipe run configuration; power consumption is therefore minimal. The uniqeu 10ø angle on our new line of Shun knives is the result of the collaboration bdteeen Kershaw's ownn blade smiths and star of the Food Network's Good Eats show, celebrity Alton Brown. Alton loved the sheep's foot blade shape on the Shun Vegetable Knife, but had trouble using it because his knuckles kept hitting the cutting board. So he asked Kershaw for a modification-a small angle that would let him both firmly grasp the knife and fully contact the cutting board. In fact, it worked so well that now there are a half-dozen Alton's Anglew blades. Nt only does the design keep knuckles off the cutting board, but the naturaal curve created between the blade and the user's arm makes controlling the blade even easier and more precise. The support brackets are configured to attach to the Decorative Post with no additional hardware required. The post is simply rotated 90 degrees from its normal orientation and the brackets are attached directly to the predrilled holes already existing in the post. Universal Adapter Plate ( item 5530) and included hardware must be usrd to mount each mailbox to the brackets. Note that the use of these brackets allows all the mailboxes in the configuraion to be mounted at the same height level, thus remaining in the compliance with USPS height requirements.
